Girija, joined in 2000 as a partner in our Dubai office. She has extensive audit experience. Girija’s forte is audit, file reviews and financial statement presentations. She coordinates the audit assignments and is the single point contact for clients. She also formulates HR policies and coordinates continuous training of our manpower resources.

Pushpan has been with the firm for over 10 years, and is mainly focused on company formations in free trade zones in UAE, offshore centers, and in the mainland. Liasioning with international clients, and local regulatory authorities, he brings in the best options for doing business. He is a technical partner independently responsible for the operations of Jebel Ali Free Zone office.

Saju, partner in charge of Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah office, has been in continuous audit practice since 1991 with International Accounting firms in Saudi Arabia, India and the U.A.E. His main strengths are in the areas of auditing and management advisory services.

Zeid has over twelve years of experience as a key-contributing member of the management team of one of the biggest International Accounting firms in the Middle East, serving as a strategic business partner in the managerial, professional and technical setting. He is competent in financial auditing, corporate structuring and has sound experience and creativity in planning, proposing business solutions and various business consulting activities.

Panicker is a finance and accounts professional with more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning Finance, Accounts, Business Strategy and Performance Review. As a specialist he adds value in long term business strategy development and implementation, financial management and resource mobilization, performance analysis and business reviews. With rich experience in accounting, finance, MIS and business risk management, he brings with him many years of consulting experience and IT knowledge.

Mr. Khalid is in charge of business development among large corporates. As a key person responsible for client relations and new business development, he spearheads international as well as local events including exhibitions and press conferences.

K Parthasarathy is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 9 years of professional experience in practice in India and 16 years of extensive experience in practice & in industry in the Middle East. An efficient team leader with managerial qualities; has the expertise in auditing, incorporation, taxation, etc as a practicing Chartered Accountant, and also in the field of Finance, Accounting and Administration.

Harminder is the partner in charge of the Jebel Ali Free Zone office has been with the firm for more than 10 years and has more than 18 years of experience in India and the U.A.E.  His main strengths are in the areas of auditing, accounting and advisory services.

Charly has developed a blend of auditing, accounting, and budgeting experience. He has extensive audit experience in the top 10 International Accounting Firms - Price Waterhouse Coopers in India and Ernst & Young in Saudi Arabia. He has also long experience in the internal auditing, financial accounting, budgeting and business analysis of a leading Business Group - The Olayan Group of Companies in Saudi Arabia. A rank holder at the B.com degree examination as well as CA intermediate examinations Charly got an exemplary academic record.
