DFSA Updates - Funds Regime in DIFC

In June 2009, DFSA established a Market Practitioners Panel to review the DFSA’s Funds Regime and asked the panel to submit its recommendations to better promote the growth of the Funds industry in the DIFC.

Based on the Panel’s report, and its recommendations and the public comments received the DFSA proposes to make significant enhancements to the DIFC’s Collective Investment Funds regime.

The following are some of the important changes that are expected in the Fund regime.
